Paid them 500 to fix seat, kept falling off brought it in numerous times, cause it kept falling off, on the 11th month I told Carla she never marked it down covid came so they charged me again quoted me a ma numerous times, cause it kept falling off, on the 11th month I told Carla she never marked it down covid came so they charged me again quoted me a managers special price so I said fix it , when I picked up the car they said labor wasnt added so they charged me more then agreement that was last month, so I lost 800 dollars and seat fell off today, called and they said go somewhere else the WILL IS NOT AN HONERABLE PERSON, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. deal with them and youl will learn it to, I’ve been using them 20 yrs all good until dio and Sam Left More

Our experience was amazing with Ramone Watson. We went to every dealer of every brand and could not find anything. Either prices were triple or no availability. We lost all hope. We stopped by as a last resort when my husband and I passed by this dealership on the way home and to our surprise not only that we found the car Ramone recommended to be great but dealership was also professional, friendly and honest we signed a deal right there and then. Super happy today with our new car and will recommend the dealership to my relatives and friends when it’s time for their new lease. They made this process so easy instead of the usual annoying process. More
