Awful experience. My car has been there 4 days already an no repairs have even been started. I was promised a loaner car "as soon as one was available". THIS WAS FRIDAY and it is Tuesday now. REALLY? Then no repairs have even been started. I was promised a loaner car "as soon as one was available". THIS WAS FRIDAY and it is Tuesday now. REALLY? Then the pricing...goodness. The quote for my repairs are over $2K! I called my local repair shop and they would have charged MUCH less but now this place takes $150 from every item I listed even if they don't do the repair (my local shop doesn't charge for diagnostics). NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. More
