Don't go to this service center !!! They just try to rip you off !!! I had an appointment and went in with a notice from Honda about an error issue I've had with my car for a couple of years. I just wanted you off !!! I had an appointment and went in with a notice from Honda about an error issue I've had with my car for a couple of years. I just wanted it to be fixed. According to the notice, it should take about 30 minutes and it would be free. I arrived early and went inside to check in. I showed the notice to David and told him what the problem was. It is exactly the error message the notice was for. He was typing the info into the computer. He then tells me that I may have to pay a diagnostic charge (I think it was $150). I told him no that I came to get this issue fixed and it should be free. He insisted they don't know if thats the problem and it could "take hours to diagnose" and I would have to agree to be charged a diagnostic fee. I showed him the notice again and he refused to look at it or acknowledge it. After a few minutes of him insisting I would have to pay, I told him I wanted my car back and I left. Terrible experience !!! Don't go there unless you want to be ripped off !! More
