It was very difficult to get in touch with the service reps, they did not return calls, and when I would try to call, I would be on hold at least 20 minutes. They inspected my car, fixed a few things, reps, they did not return calls, and when I would try to call, I would be on hold at least 20 minutes. They inspected my car, fixed a few things, and did not even mention other things that were marked as needing repair, which I therefore did not realize, until I got home. quite frustrating. More
