It was a pleasure speaking with you over the phone. As explained, the first repair on the vehicle was an electronic failure of the multipurpose camera. The second repair was a mechanical failure of the radiator and radiator fan motor. Both of these repairs were entirely unrelated. It is unfortunate that both failures happened so close together. Willie Mejia it was an interesting conversation I will say that. You informed me that you will speak to your assistant manager Mark Swakinski a grown man about a derogatory comment that he made concerning health to a woman with a lifelong debilitating illness. Somehow, I don't see why you would have to tell him that the comment was inappropriate or offensive. Honestly, he should have already known that. Then you went on to tell me that an electrical failure and mechanical failure is two separate issues. Yes, I understand that they are two separate issues but than your staff doesn't need to tell their customers that Honda did a complete diagnosis. The definition of complete means whole; entire; full; so, if a complete diagnosis was done that means everything was supposed to be looked over which mean Honda would have seen both issues. Honda of Valley Stream needs to take accountability which you are not so I will be taking my business elsewhere.
