I recently had my vehicle inspected at Honda of Valley Stream and subsequently discovered that the parking brake button was broken. I brought my vehicle back in for repair, and that's when I was informed Stream and subsequently discovered that the parking brake button was broken. I was impressed by the determination and resourcefulness of General Service Manager Willie Mejia and Service Manager Tony Vicente. They went above and beyond to locate the part, conducting a nationwide search that ultimately led them to an out-of-state dealer with the part in inventory. Their commitment to finding a solution was truly impressive, and I was thrilled when the part arrived and Willie personally ensured that the repair was completed promptly. I want to commend Willie and Tony for their exceptional service, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Their efforts have earned my loyalty, and I look forward to continuing to do business with Honda of Valley Stream in the future. The only problem I had was they gave me a noon appointment to bring my car in for inspection and, though I arrived at 11:45, I still had to wait till about 2:30 until I got my car back.
