I believe this email is regarding my last date of service. I worked with Ms. Torres. She was very attentive and upfront with my car's issues. I suspected it was my starter. Though somewhat expens service. I worked with Ms. Torres. She was very attentive and upfront with my car's issues. I suspected it was my starter. Though somewhat expensive I had to get it done and preferred to have it done by the service department because they back up their work. Though upfront, Ms. Torres evidenced some empathy which was very appreciative. I usually get great service from Mr. Marcel but he was not in that day. More
