Honda of Valley Stream - Service Center

i only had first oil change ( sales man told me that it will be free but i paid ) other two things i asked to check were - starter was not working ( 2nd key was in the car and i was told that was a reason will be free but i paid ) other two things i asked to check were - starter was not working ( 2nd key was in the car and i was told that was a reason and side rear mirror was not turning down ( Mirror switch was in middle ) for these simple things i waited 5 hours.............. NOT HAPPY AT ALL with service guy who helped me / zero patience - very un friendly More
