Alex Marcel greeted me with a friendly attitude as a first timer. He created the work order thoroughly as requested and explained what the mechanic discovered during the service. To my surprise, my 8 mo first timer. He created the work order thoroughly as requested and explained what the mechanic discovered during the service. To my surprise, my 8 month old vehicle had a low voltage output battery which needed to be replaced. Thereafter, he and mechanic were together to explain the mishap hopefully a lesson was learned from this incident. I have had the problem since the day I got the car. I should have brought it back the first week. My car was in last week the mechanic changed some part behind the dashboard and signed off that the Apple Carolay was working. When I picked up the car it was not working. Clara called me the next day to set up another appointment. Clara is always very pleasant and professional. As I said the problem is intermittent so it is hard to diagnose. Kevin Singh was at the dealership when I picked up my car last week at 5:35pm. Kevin was very nice and came out to see my car when the Apple play was not connecting. He took notes and said he would speak to Clara the next day. More
