MY 1ST Experience won't be my Last!! Khalid Hadad the representative used for my Costco Auto Program was AMAZING! I can't say enough about his personable and calm no pressure sales. He first introduced himself and then took the time to get to know me and what I wanted in a car. He didn't pull out cars that did not meet my needs. I think he was partly psychic because in the end he pulled out a Red car without me talking about red. Little did he know every other car I have purchased has been red and clearly it was meant to be. I had scheduled to meet with someone at Toyota after meeting with Khalid , I quickly cancelled my appointment and decided not to even try to look at that brand mostly due to the incredible knowledge that Khalid had. He definitely knows his vehicles all the inside and out of them and takes the time to tell you about it so that you completely understand. On the delivery of the car he was terrific really going over all the features and making sure everything was set up on the car the way I wanted it. I will definitely recommend the Costco program and Khalid Hadad to everyone I know. I give Khalid Five Star PLUS PLUS for outstanding Service. Troy Smith the Finance Manager was nothing but professional in a calm environment. His demeanor reflected the friendly atmosphere that surrounds Honda Of The Avenues. He was extremely efficient with the closing documents and explained thoroughly everything. One of the highlights was the smile on his face when talking about his "wonder dog" Benny. If/when I buy another car I could only hope that I would be lucky enough to have him help with the financing portion of the purchase of the car. He easily earns five stars or more from me. Steve Cole over in the Service department was extremely helpful in helping me with after market purchase of accessories for my new car. With the Costco program you can get 50% off up to $200.00 which I clearly wanted to take advantage. He took the time to pull out the book, quickly order the items I wanted letting me know they would be in the next morning and scheduled my appointment! I loved the extremely positive, upbeat attitude, and super friendly manner in which he helped me. Great Service! Called early in the morning and Bobby Howard answered and set up my appointment. After dropping off the vehicle, saw Bobby and he got my service order ready. Within 30 minutes a shuttle took me home and I got the call early in the afternoon of the work needing to be done. It was a big job and I was told it should be ready by late afternoon the next day. It was actually completed a few hours earlier than expected and the car is driving great. Love bringing my Honda here where I know that's the kind of vehicle they sell anyway. Thank you Bobby. More
