Exceptionally positive! I had called to Make an appointment and was told no appointments are made for routine service. Called back to ask best time to come. Upon arrival he said they now have parts for the recalled sliding side doors. He arranged for a Service Car immediately. He and others in the service area moved the items I needed during the day.
