Three visits and the final verdict is that the 2019 Ridgeline can't be fixed. The excessive noise is a design "feature" that the customer must live with. The 1st visit - Honda tech " the noise is a design issue but is not as horrible as on the new Accord" 2nd visit - good service rep Scott C. - tried to replace the window channels - helped but did not solve the issue. 3rd visit - today - it is what it is and there is nothing we can do Honda reputational risk is high for a failed product and a extremely dissatisfied customer. So the service techs are nice but the product can't be fixed - so the customer is on the hook More
Pleasant and relatively fast Thomas was great to work with and not high pressure. I truly hate this aspect of the process with any and all dealerships. More
Just plain old good service. After returning from being out of town, my wife and I found her car with a dead battery. We were leaving again the next day and wanted to get it fixed After returning from being out of town, my wife and I found her car with a dead battery. Bob is the reason we drive past Coggin Honda to come to Honda of the Avenues. More

Also an outstanding salesman, Dave Bailey, who was always helpful, honest, patient, informative and never applied any pressure, never exaggerated the car's favorites. Also felt he was on our side. Even after the sale was completed, Mr. Bailey continued to assist -- far into the night -- by explaining several of the vehicle's must-know features before I could drive off. The only reason for not giving this overall experience five stars is the extraordinarily long wait to get the paperwork done. But on the plus side, when I finally got into the room, it went smoothly and quickly -- there was no pressure to do anything that would've increased the cost of the purchase. My options were clearly explained. I was told the benefits, urged to take advantage of them -- but I only had to say "no" once. Excellent. More
