Deceptive finance practice occurred in my deal. Had to return to correct financing. Did not get the car I wanted because of all the issues leading to a falsely inflated payment on a lesser car. Everyone was very nice initially, nice facility over other dealers in the area. Situation was corrected after confrontation with sales manager. It took a very long time, hours to purchase. I havent spent that much time at a dealer since the 90s. It's usually an hour or 2, not 4 or 5 on a slow Sunday. Stressful experience. Done with Honda purchases after this car. More
