A Wonderful Experience I took my car for an oil change and had a wonderful experience at all levels in this Honda of the Avenues. First, I was so surprised of the person who I took my car for an oil change and had a wonderful experience at all levels in this Honda of the Avenues. First, I was so surprised of the person who answer at the maintenance dept, It was 45 min before they would close and I was told Yes, as long as you are here before the closing time, your car will be checked in. WoW. Second, When I arrived I was taking care of right away. While I waited I was very impressed by the spacious waiting area full of snacks and comfortable atmosphere. Then I went to check on new cars for my husband and Kristal was very pleasant and willing to show me around even though she knew it I wasn't there to buy a car at that time. Finally, I went to check on my car with Robert Mandele, and for my surprise he handled my wallet back to me. I had not even realized I had forgotten my wallet on his desk and everything was intact on it. I was very happy with the honesty of this gentleman and the whole experience was wonderful. I will continue to use Honda of the Avenues in the future. More

Flat tire I came in for a flat tire and the service advisor addressed my situation very quickly for a reasonable price. Only thing was the tech who repaired my tire did not adjust the tire pressure to correct lb as I had added a bit extra to make it to the dealership without it going flat. More
