Rating for GM policy of making trash batteries and then not having a warranty and charging $400+ for a new battery of the same "quality" .. Why would we purchase again vice going elsewhere for service/part not having a warranty and charging $400+ for a new battery of the same "quality" .. Overall experience was good, but I wouldn't book the early appointments. No one seems to be there until well past 8am... so not too sure why they allow people to book 730 appts... took more than 2 hours early appointments.
