The Process of buying a car was overall just okay to be honest. The salesman was great, no issues there and would recommend him personally to others however the increased pressure I received from the finan honest. The salesman was great, no issues there and would recommend him personally to others however the increased pressure I received from the finance officer to get me to purchase a Extended Warranty which I declined resulting in an attempted guilt trip since I was as buying the car for my daughter was very irritating to me and put a damper on the whole experience. Moreover, the fact that the finance officer kept pushing the warranty by telling me that the car I was purchasing was used with 100k miles on it and making the point to note that the car could broke down next month leaving my daughter on the side of the road and the dealership wouldn’t do anything to help me at all did make me question if I should continue with the purchasing process as i got the feeling from her words that the dealership didn’t take pride in the condition of their used cars they sell without selling a warranty with them. At the end I did finish the process but will definitely be thinking twice about purchasing another vehicle from this particular dealership again when I am in the market again. Additionally the finance officer was at work sick, coughing continuously spreading germs while I signed the finance paperwork which wasn’t the ideal experience either. Thankfully she did told me it was not covid so I guess I can rest easy believing those words …. Sigh ….. More
