Took 1hr15min after my appt. time to tell me my tire couldn't me plugged from a nail and they didn't even have to take the tire off the car. It was in my trunk. Had to buy a new tire. Wasn't happy wi couldn't me plugged from a nail and they didn't even have to take the tire off the car. It was in my trunk. Had to buy a new tire. Wasn't happy with the amount of time I had to spend there. Poor communication. I have been to other Toyota dealerships before and had better service. Recently moved from Jacksonville, Fl.
