The radio in my Toyota freezes. I was told by the service department that they would order me a new one through their warranty service. That was July 21st, I have since left 2 voicemails for Melissa (8-9-21 department that they would order me a new one through their warranty service. That was July 21st, I have since left 2 voicemails for Melissa (8-9-21 and 8-16-21) with no response. I also left a voicemail on 8-23-21 for Danny Meacomes (no reponse). So, I tried the GM (Winford Lee) on 8-25 and guess what, still no response. You have horrible customer service. I've left FOUR DIFFERENT MESSAGES for THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE and still got nothing. Steer clear of these people. More
