I went in for an oil change and dropped my vehicle off. I received a call that my vehicle was ready with 20 minutes to go until they closed. The man who called suggested a bunch of different expensive servic received a call that my vehicle was ready with 20 minutes to go until they closed. The man who called suggested a bunch of different expensive services that I should have done. Then said they were about to close and I could pick up my vehicle tomorrow after they open. I needed my vehicle and never discussed leaving my vehicle overnight. This bothered me. I was able to get there to retrieve my keys but I didn’t like who that was handled and don’t like how there is ALWAYS a list of things that I’m needing to have done to my vehicle that aren’t necessary and expensive.
