I didn't like the deal at all because the vehicle was finance with the banks that the dealer chose, I wasn't ask which bank I would have like to finance the vehicle with and I know my credit score was go finance with the banks that the dealer chose, I wasn't ask which bank I would have like to finance the vehicle with and I know my credit score was good enough to make that chose. The deal on the vehicle took to long, about five hour and the salesman left without an explanation to me or my husband, this was a terrible situation for me and my husband, we got played around on every question that we asked. I will never come back to this dealship for a vehicle. More

I was promised a license plate bracket to hold the front plate on the Toyota Tundra, two weeks later I was told that they could not order the plate bracket After calling the salesman he informed me that pa plate on the Toyota Tundra, two weeks later I was told that they could not order the plate bracket After calling the salesman he informed me that parts department told him Toyota did not make that bracket plate for the tundra truck, So I was basically lied to. My advice to your salespeople is don’t promise the customer what you cannot deliver. More
