Just had a bad experience today with Hudson Ford and looking at a car (used) for my son. We drove 45 mins began the test drive to with the AC not working. Cory was sales and was totally professional... looking at a car (used) for my son. We drove 45 mins began the test drive to with the AC not working. Cory was sales and was totally professional... introduced me to the sales manager for used cars (Jordan if memory serves me right). He expressed they focus on 5 point safety and not much else. For the price point yeah the AC wasn't working! It was not disclosed online the issue and frankly was a waste of my time as well as the sales guy. The manager was dismissive and basically insinuated what do you expect for the price. I said, I expect that if there is an issue to disclose it. I see people have had good experiences with Hudson Ford and that's great but I must give them 1 star...thumbs down all the way! More

I brought my stable in. I had a recall and another issue with my Mustang Mach E and also an issue with my 2010 Mustang convertible with the thermostat housing and rear axle I had a recall and another issue with my Mustang Mach E and also an issue with my 2010 Mustang convertible with the thermostat housing and rear axle tire seal. Dylan's Service Team along with Tucker and himself were honest and up front with every issue. I received a text message with video of what was wrong with my vehicles. It was kind of fun to see what they are seeing and have a better understanding of my vehicles and feel a different part of ownership with that knowledge. I would recommend Hudson Ford's service department for any EV issue or ICE car. They have an on-site expert EV tech and have chargers available. Every EV owner can trust this Team. Thanks Hudson Ford!! More
