On 7/20, I brought my Civic in for regular service. On 7/21, I had to have my car towed back to the dealership. The battery was leaking acid and had corroded the battery terminals . The left one was corroded to the point were it broke and the right one also showed corrosion. This was very visible since the acid was bright aqua in color. The technician who serviced my vehicle on 7/20 falsely or falsified the all points check up passing the battery. This was documented by the photos on my phone. I brought this to Benjamin Uquillas attention as I was about pay and he quickly got Jhan Duque involved. Jhan quickly apologized and stated that this was not acceptable. Jhan ensured that my vehicle was serviced properly this time around. upon his return , he advised me that he had zeroed out my bill and even provided me with a voucher for a complimentary car wash .I was not expecting this . Jhan’s quick action and sincere apology turned this negative experience around. He understands the value customer service. I have been a Honda owner since 1993. My current Honda was purchased at Hudson Honda. My next vehicle will be a Honda and I will probably buy at it at Hudson Honda largely due to Mr Duque’s actions.
