A 45 min oil change was 2 hours! It should not take longer than an hour at most and then when I went over to pickup my car - the idiots at the service center LOST MY KEY! I wouldn't have been surprised if they lost the whole xxxx car so I had to wait an extra half hour until they found it. Someone then said the key may have been taken by sales?! So now my car was being sold? What?! And then I get my key and my car and I see stuff from my dashboard glove compartment all over the floor and I'm certain someone searched through my stuff. I think they actually stole a pair of my sunglasses but they wouldn't admit to it. xxxxing terrible! More
