Jessica assisted me with the 2013 Honda Pilot on day 1, but I ended up buying the 2014 Honda Accord LX on day 2. The car is beautiful, classy, and handles very well. Acosta went over all the features and perks of my car. The technology center is great and Acosta was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all the questions that I had. He even showed me the little valet trick. When I met Jose he was very thorough, polite, straight-forward, and honest. He did not try to trick me into anything or convince me to make a purchase that I could not afford. I felt as if he took it personal to ensure that I was able to get into a nice vehicle, with warranty, GAP, and no worries for a reasonable payment and great interest rate. As I was signing the final papers Eddie in finance was very friendly and polite as well. I left the dealership feeling as if I made some genuine friends. I feel that if I have any questions, problems, or concerns, the staff that assisted me will do everything in their power to rectify the situation.
