From the first meeting, I and my friend (also a Honda owner and customer of Hyannis Honda)...appreciated Mark Perry's welcome to Hyannis Honda, and hi From the first meeting, I and my friend (also a Honda owner and customer of Hyannis Honda)...appreciated Mark Perry's welcome to Hyannis Honda, and his sharing that he was a new sales person of two weeks. He is very personable, knowledgeable and expertly handled all of our questions. Mark Perry did an excellent job. I felt comfortable asking questions and appreciated his willingness to answer, not rushing through the process. I felt relaxed and was confident with his explanations. Mark seemed to understand my reluctance in having to give up my 2001 Civic, my car for over 10 years. He handled my wish to have the dollar amount for trade-in increased, letting me know it might not be accepted. Happily, the trade-in amount was increased! I thought I would feel nervous test driving, but because of Mark Perry's calm, friendly manner, I was relaxed. I believe he is an amazing, kind and terrific salesman. I think Hyannis Honda is lucky to have him, and I will recommend him to friends and family. I have his card and Conrad's card. My friend will ask for Mark Perry for his next Car! More
