Was told my alternator was bad. Got car to Southern Mazda and they quickly determined it was a weak battery. Great to work with from start to finish. I was disappointed at the 10000 miles service. I’m used to more such as little details like washing the car, rotating tires, and vacuuming out the interior. Southern Auto Newport News Mazda (formerly Hyman Bros) has been my go to service center year after year. I have owned numerous Mazda vehicles of various models over the years and Cleon Skinner, the Servic has been my go to service center year after year. I have owned numerous Mazda vehicles of various models over the years and Cleon Skinner, the Service Advisor, continues to excel in customer care and he goes above and beyond to ensure I’m completely satisfied with the service I received. My vehicle is still in the process of being repaired and I will write a follow-up review once the work is completed. However, based on past results, I am confident that Cleon will make sure the repairs on my vehicle are complete and done right. Donald West More
