As a former BMW Desk Manager, I'm not easily impressed. I was impressed from the initial contact with Helida. She was so nice and professional and exceeded our expectations. I purchased a used vehicle from Hyundai Escondido in 2024 and also purchased a Century Service Vehicle Service Agreement. My experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. I recently contacte and also purchased a Century Service Vehicle Service Agreement. My experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. I recently contacted Century Service regarding an electrical issue and was informed, for the first time, that my service agreement required Hyundai Escondido’s authorization before covered repairs could be performed at another repair facility. This restriction was never explained to me during the purchase process, I do not recall agreeing to it, and I have been unable to find any reference to it in the purchase documents I signed. I have made numerous phone calls and sent multiple emails over the past three weeks asking the dealership to explain this restriction or identify where I agreed to it. Despite being told someone would contact me, I have received no response. As a result, my vehicle repair has been delayed while I wait for an explanation. I simply want the dealership to identify where this restriction was disclosed and agreed to, or remove it if it was added without my knowledge. Unfortunately, the complete lack of communication has been the most frustrating part of this experience. More
