New car, best dealership I went in to look at getting my first car and needless to say i walked out happily and with the keys to a 2019 Elantra gt. I’ve been to this dealership twice now and both times with amazing people. The sales team is extremely friendly, outgoing, and they really do try and get you into the right car. My sales rep the man Manny was amazing, after I told him what I liked in a car he said “I’ve got the perfect fit” he pulls the Elantra around and I fell in love. Really disappointed I purchased a car from this dealership and it did not have any oil in it. The car died after about 1200 miles and the mechanics at the dealership said I purchased a car from this dealership and it did not have any oil in it. The car died after about 1200 miles and the mechanics at the dealership said that the engine seized up and all engines have a lifespan and this one just happened to end. That is what they told me. When I called to tell them what happened, they just told me sorry that that happened and there's nothing they can do. Worst car buying experience ever. More
