Another dealership had given me the run around and told me I would have to leave my car with them for 2-5+ days to just “diagnose” the problem. I had a very good experience having my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe 110,000 mile maintenance work done. Heidi Tucker assisted me to determine what work needed to be done. The work was performed, I received a 15% discount due to a special offer that I received via email and I appreciate the shuttle coming out to pick me up when my vehicle was finished. I also appreciated that my vehicle had been inspected, and was given a complementary car wash and cleaning. Thank you! Time will tell if the mechanics did a good job. I plan to have future maintenance down at Hundai Asheville as well and will eventually trade my 2012 model for a newer model in a couple of years. More
Every single person I interacted with, from Felicia at the start, to Fred at the end, was absolutely amazing. Not having a car for two weeks was so stressful and I was able to tow my car over to Hyundai the start, to Fred at the end, was absolutely amazing. Not having a car for two weeks was so stressful and I was able to tow my car over to Hyundai of Asheville and be taken care of within 2 days. It was unreal how fast they got me back in my car. I also had a lot of questions and the team was so patient and didn’t mind walking me through all the details and their recommended next steps. I could not be more grateful for their support and excellent service. Their team work and dedication to the customer experience definitely shined. 10 out 10 recommend More
