Turns out this visit required a return but had an answer and was contacted within a few days as opposed to the projected week when the parts arrived for warranty work; which I was pleased with. I’m sorry I don’t remember the names of the people who worked on my car but I can’t begin to thank them enough; especially for washing my car at that point. More

Quality service and staff Had an appointment for a part replacement. Was taken care of right away by Shaun at the service desk. The Service did take quite a while due to a communication error between dealerships, (my part was at the used one down the street by mistake) so I was credited a free oil change for my wait! Overall I’m always happy to come to the dealership for any services. It may be a little more expensive for certain things but it goes towards quality employees and a clean accommodating atmosphere. More

Defective tires I came in to do my first service little early. I also had a vibration . Roxanne initially said wasn’t covered after telling her car only had 2300 mile I came in to do my first service little early. I also had a vibration .
