I bought a car from Hyundai of St. Augustine a few years ago and was pleased with the experience. I came back this year to trade in my old car for a newer make/model. Will is a great guy! Honestly never considered a Hyundai until randomly stopping by and meeting him. Test drove Rav4 across street, then a few Hyundais- and really felt the Hyundai surpassed. In addition, our experience walking in the door was night and day from Toyota (Toyota pressured to deal THAT DAY, continues to call, text, email repeatedly, tells us we would be "lucky" to land a Rav4 that wasn't already pre-sold, etc..) We just think Will does a great job, and we felt really at ease. Really like this Hyundai dealership- run well, friendly folks, helpful without pressure- and looking forward to when their new, bigger location opens up in a month! Once we were at the dealership to finalize paperwork our experience was quick and smooth. We weren't done with great service then.
