We have had some very bad luck within the last six years. Health issues,deaths in family,job loss. We finally have gotten a loan modificatin this year to keep our home. My Husband is retired,I work f years. Health issues,deaths in family,job loss. We finally have gotten a loan modificatin this year to keep our home. My Husband is retired,I work full time as an RN. We have custody of our 14 year old granddaughter, her Dad died when she was 3 months old. Our 16 year car died two weeks ago and one car was not doing the job. I was hesitant to see if we could even qualify for a loan. Paul was sent to us from God( I am convinced) He was kind, genuinely concerned ahd did above and beyond to get us the car we needed and wanted.The rate they got for us was way beyond our expectations. Lowest price on a beautiful 2008 Vera cruz Limited. Paul spent hours teaching each of us about the various options and made sure our memory settings were to our satisfaction. I had a great experience dealing with Randy at Hyundai of St Augustine. He was very up front about all of the pricing and I was not pressured into buying any add ons that I did not want. It took almost a month from the time I inquired about the car until the time it actually came in and during that time, I sent numerous emails and all were responded to in a fast and friendly manner either by Randy or the owner of the dealership if Randy was out. I was sold the car I wanted at a good price and received a fair trade in value for my current car. The people in the financing department were fantastic and told me how I might be able to get some of the money back on a service contract I had purchased with my old car. Overall everything was a fantastic experience with the buying department and I am looking forward to dealing with their service department in the future. If my car is as awesome as I think it will be and I decide to stick with the Hyundai brand, Hyundai of St Augustine will be my first and only stop. More

Debbie is a tremendous Service Manager. She followed up multiple times with me to get a recall item repaired. She was efficient in getting the part in for me, scheduled me to have it installed and had it d multiple times with me to get a recall item repaired. She was efficient in getting the part in for me, scheduled me to have it installed and had it done in less than 30 minutes. PLUS, she checked all my fluid levels, filled my tires, and checked my brakes, for NO CHARGE! We purchased the Sonata here about 10 months ago and we are going to be shopping for a SUV shortly.
