On 2/10 I took my car in for service at Hyundai, expecting to have one issue resolved. However, when I picked it up, my car had new problems and was no longer drivable. It had poor acceleration, sha expecting to have one issue resolved. However, when I picked it up, my car had new problems and was no longer drivable. It had poor acceleration, shaking, and a knocking noise under the hood. I immediately voiced my concerns, emailing and leaving a review on 2/20. After nearly a month, someone finally came to inspect the vehicle on 3/19. What they found was shocking—cylinders 2 and 3 weren’t even in the spark plugs, and the screws were left inside the driver’s side door. Cylinder 4 was completely disconnected. These careless mistakes explained the severe new issues. It’s disappointing that a dealership can’t be trusted to perform basic repairs without the fear of them intentionally sabotaging your vehicle to charge more money. Mr. DiFeo even sent a generic email stating, “Per Joe’s email below, the inspection wouldn’t have affected the drivability of the vehicle.” Meanwhile, Hyundai never even put my car back together properly. This is not just bad service—it’s a serious safety hazard. More

Had oil change and when it was done the sit was broken. I was not informed of the broken sit until I was preparing to leave the delivership. To be fair, it was good for me to make the extra trip since I had questions that got answered and I brought my trade in title and things I had for the tradein. George got me my second key for the new car that wasn't available on delivery and they updated my nav system maps while I was at the dealership. I think it is unusual that I had the negatives I had. I'd recommend them to anyone and will definitely shop there again. More

Richard kindly showed the vehicle I was interested in and gave all the information we needed. There was never any pressure and he and Jason treated me with respect knowing I was still shopping around and understanding it’s not like buying “a pair of shoes” as Jason stated. My husband and I left to check out one more vehicle but we turned right back around before arriving at another dealer because we were confident in the vehicle we found with Hyundai and confident in the customer service this deal ship provides. The experience we were provided with at this dealership is what car shopping should feel like. I’ve had this car for 2 weeks now and love it. Thank you Richard and Jason!
