Once I selected a vehicle, I was taken on a test drive. I left the dealership with concerns about the vehicle's frame. The day after Christmas (Sunday) Demetrius Davis called to follow up with me. He offered to drive the vehicle to my mechanic some 40 miles away to allay my concerns. Long story, short... I purchased the car the same day. Rosie is a friend of my husbands, as they worked together at different dealers when my husband sold cars. I had heard my husband talk about him, but had not met him before. My husband Bud told me Rosie was the most professional person he knew in the car business; that he trusted him and that I would like him. He was right. It is the first time I ever bought a car without my husband present, and Rosie was wonderful. He spent a lot of time showing me the features of the car, explaining how everything worked and answering my questions. He introduced me to everyone at the dealership, including the managers and everyone in the service department. Everything happened exactly as Rosie said it would. It was the nicest car buying experience I ever had. It wasn't like buying a car. It was like meeting new friends and driving home in a new car.
