I had purchased a 2010 Sonata at Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala on Halloween 2009(Oct 31st).My experience there wasn't so good.It wasn't pleasant especially with the office manager.He wasn't very friendly.Well,I k on Halloween 2009(Oct 31st).My experience there wasn't so good.It wasn't pleasant especially with the office manager.He wasn't very friendly.Well,I kept the 2010 Sonata until Feb 16th, 2010 when I traded it for a 2011 model.I really wasn't very happy with the 2010's suspension and a couple other dislikes.I saw that a completely redesigned 2011 Sonata was coming out sooner then I had first thought.It came out about Feb 2nd,2010.I wanted to look into trading my 2010 car for this hot new Sonata.I couldn't find the 2011 Sonata"GLS" in Venetian Red anywhere in the Central Florida area.I called Hyundai of St.Augustine thinking I'd try up north a bit from my place in New Smyrna Beach.I called and asked for the internet sales specialist.I got Joey Cassata.This salesman is the best I've ever dealt with hands down.He was refreshing to speak with on the phone and up close in person.This young fellow is going places,its written in his ability to make buying a car a great experience.Joey Cassata explained everything I needed to know about this awesome car.I left feeling really happy.I would send my family and friends to Joey in the future.The rest of the staff at Hyundai of St.Augustine also are just wonderful people.The office manager Jason whom explained all the paperwork I needed to sign.He was low key and has a southern gentleman demeanor about himself,just a feeling of trust is impression I got from him.He didn't force or try and talk me into anything I didn't want.He was much better to deal with then the office manager at Jenkins Hyundai in Ocala.Joey keep being # 1. I chose Hyundai of St. Augustine and Key Hyundai of Jacksonville to be the only two dealerships to consider. The experience was very good, and the price was competitive, but my final deciding factor Jacksonville to be the only two dealerships to consider. The Jackonnville dealer is convenient to my business and my home. The Sante Fe was the same color with the same equipment, and there was no significant difference in the price quoted. More
I never thought I would enjoy buying a car, especially after some horrific experiences at other dealers. However, Joe Lando and the entire staff at Hyundai of St. Augustine were all amazing, making the process as painless as possible. They were polite, honest, and just nice to talk to. We didn't feel pressured at any time. It's rare to find such good customer service these days. I don't recall the manager's name (sorry!) but he made sure to come over and talk with us as well. I had a smile on my face the entire time, as did my fiance. We got a nice car at a great price, with no hidden fees or any deceptive practices. I love people who are up front. After spending days driving around from dealer to dealer, in the future I'll go straight to them, and less that two hours after driving away with a new car I've already recommended Joe and Hyundai of St. Augustine to three of my friends. It's nice to know a dealership like that exists. More
I was looking on-line to get information on a 2010 Hyundai Sonata. I saw that Hyundai of St. Augustine was the closest dealership in my area, so I inquired about the price and availablity of a 2010 H Hyundai Sonata. Joey Cassata responded back via e-mail within twenty minutes. He then went on to provide me with very detailed information about the vehicles they had in stock at the dealership, along with prices, rebates, and other factors that might affect my decision. I met Joey a few days later and within an hour, I had purchased my new 2010 Sonata. He laid out all the details, and, best of all, he didn't put any pressure on me, only answered my myriad of questions. Joey was extremely knowledgable about the product and the service plans. He made it easy for me to feel that I was being treated fairly and professionally. I love my new Sonata and am looking forward to a long and pleasant relationship with Hyundai of St. Augustine. More

My car died, and I had no way of getting to work without it. I needed a quality used car fast at a reasonable price. My parents helped in my search. They found this dealership while I was looking at another dealer. They were very impressed by Joey and the others at the dealership. While looking around they found a 2005 Hyundai Elantra on the lot. Instead of sitting through the usual salesman shuffle with multiple managers & finance guys trying to get the best price, we had the best buying experience ever. Joey gave us the best price they could right away with no games. The whole time we were treated with respect and friendliness. The car was in fantastic shape and priced well within my budget. The car was clean and in good mechanical shape. It had features I did not expect at this price range(moonroof, power everything). When Joey introduced me to the people in the service shop they were friendly and eager to help in anywayy they could. I would recommend anyone looking at this dealership to rush right in, these guys are great. More

My 2010 Genesis sedan was delivered in excellent condition! I highly recommend Richard Roberts as a sales consultant. Richard was very knowledgeable, efficient, and did NOT waste my time. I prefer to get all of the purchase details arranged via email before I visit a dealership & Richard (along with Andre DiFeo, the General Manager) were prompt and offered a very competitive price in writing. When I arrived at the dealership, my car was completely prepared, ready for a test drive. I cut a check, Richard did an excellent job of reviewing the many features of the Genesis, introduced me the Service Manager, and I was out the door. I will be doing more business with Richard & Andrew! More

I just bought a Hyundai Sonata at this dealership this weekend. The experience was unbelievably easy and pleasant. The last time I bought a new car was 1998, and it was not a pleasant experience, so I was not looking forward to this time around, even though I needed a new car. I am frankly shocked at how easy the whole experience was. I highly recommend this dealership and Richard in particular. More
