I decided to go with Hyundai Of St. Augustine because of their great reputation among dealerships in the Jacksonville area. I'm glad I chose Hyundai Of St. Augustine. My salesperson Jose Reveron was very helpful in getting me the vehicle I wanted. Many months ago I gave Jose exactly what I was looking for. An AWD Santa Fe Sport 2.0T black or blue with Ultimate Pkg. Jose explained it is hard to find an AWD in FL, I am currently on a contract in PA and here we have snow, so I wanted the grip and safety of an AWD to get me where I need to go. To my surprise Jose found an AWD with all the options I wanted, the color was Mineral Gray, which I prefer to black, easier to keep clean. We also discussed the trade of my current vehicle, I got an honest value for my trade. Jose located my new vehicle in Tampa, somebody had to drive the vehicle to Jax, then Hyundai Of St.Augustine did the preparation and Jose delivered the car to my house in person, and drove away with my trade. That night Jose showed up at 9pm at my house, he took the time to explain all the car features, he paired my Bluetooth phone and gave me a full tank of gas. The next morning I was ready to drive to PA. Now that's great service! Jose went above and beyond what I expected. The following week Jose called me to verify on how I like the new car, and he repeatedly asked if I had any questions regarding the car or Blue Link. I want also to mention that Eddie from Finance was very helpful and took the time to explain how the 36 months lease works, and what options I have, he made the whole finance experience easy and smooth. Thanks, Eddie & Jose and thanks Hyundai Of St. Augustine for a wonderful car shopping experience. I will definitely recommend your dealership to my friends in Jacksonville who are looking for a great car which offer value and built quality. More
Lied to I was working with Jordan night on trading in my 2008 Jeep Cmdr. for a 2015 Ellantra Jordan called me told me the payment would be around 499 but we n I was working with Jordan night on trading in my 2008 Jeep Cmdr. for a 2015 Ellantra Jordan called me told me the payment would be around 499 but we need to come in to look at the vehicle when I finally got a hold of the finance manager he told me our payment was 580 and Jordan told him that's where we needed our payment he told my husband take it or leave it your choice he was extremely rude and I was lied to I understood I had negative equity and my cheap but for 99 to 580 is a huge difference I was not being told the truth so that I would come in and take the car for 24 hours very disappointed I thought many cars and I thought I could maybe get out from under this negative equity on my older vehicle not pleased More

"only $10 per month". much later i was shown the sales agreement. in addition to the agreed upon price there was nearly $1800 for the warranty. when i questioned how we got $1800 for only $10 per month we were told that we got a better apr because we took the warranty. it wasn't until hours later i realized he had shown us two different apr to make the figures look better. we are trying to cancel the warranty and won't even go back for the free service. WE ARE REFINANCING AT A HIGHER RATE JUST TO BE DONE WITH HYUNDAI! More

Paul became a teacher to all the 'buttons' and functions that were possible on a Hyundai auto. He answered my questions and took me through the steps to purchase a new 2014 Elantra GT. I am very proud to have made this purchase! The 'finance' man explained the process before asking for signatures. Thank you, one and all. More

It helped that the gently-used car I purchased was as-advertised, the deal was haggle-free, and everyone involved showed great courtesy and professionalism. But mostly, I'd like to commend sales pro Leon Levit for his attention to detail, his knowledge of the car and his ability to facilitate a pain-free experience. Did I mention that the price we were quoted at the beginning of discussions is the price we actually signed for at the end? (How often does that happen when you're buying a car??) Plus, Leon is a genuinely nice guy and a lively conversationalist. Also, a shout-out to Paul Smathers who spent time with us as well. I'd recommend both of these gentlemen, and this dealership, to anyone shopping for a good used car. Hyundai of St. Augustine is a somewhat long drive from my home, but it was worth the trip. I'll be back for my next car. More
