I live in Orlando.I was looking all over the internet for a very specific car, in this case a Genesis Coupe. It had to be a white one. It was a Birthday present for my 23 yr old daughter. I am very pleased to say that Randy Selph got in touch with me and guided me from point A to Point B with patience, knowkledge and courtesy. He provided me with his personnal cell phone and we were able to communicate back and forth.. My deal had to be close on a weekend and I also needed to trade my daughter's car for this new one without her knowing ! On a Sunday afternoon, a driver drove from St-Augustine to my home to pick up the trade and leave me papers to sign at my convenience and to mail back to them. I gave them the type of vehicle I was looking for and they were very fair in their negotiations with me. I was also very impressed with their approach to car sales, which was not the typical let me check with my manager and I will see if we can do that, there was some haggling which comes with the territory, however I found it was not as protracted as it typically would be with other dealerships. I definitely would recommend this dealership to my friends and others looking for a great deal on a new or used Hyundai. More

As a single woman, I have experienced being overlooked by salesmen when it comes to purchasing a new automobile. Dave Bunn set a new standard. He became aware of how I would be using my vehicle and suggested one that would fit my needs, the Tuscon. There were some financial timing issues that needed to be taken care of and he patiently kept me informed of any used Tuscon that came on the lot. Once I was ready to make the purchase he located the perfect car, met me at a convenient time, and worked the paper work mountain. Thank you Dave and Eddie, you are the best! His was very through at explaining all the features of the models that we looked at, which helped us to quickly narrow down to the vehicle that we wanted. When the car was delivered to the front for us, he again gave us a pleasant surprise by giving us a bumper to bumper rundown of the vehicle and its safety features and what to look for under the hood. As usual, Hyundai of St. Augustine has come through with flying colors. I had an issue with my Sonata, that I had bought used back in November. It seemed there was a problem with the starter. I called and made an appointment, brought the car in, and about an hour and a half later I was back on the road with a brand new starter, at NO cost to me, cause it was under warranty. Ms. Debbie, and Ms. Cheryl are always so cheerful and eager to please. The whole staff seems that way.Great Dealership, Great People. More
