Shawite, thank you for bringing this to my attention and I appreciate the communication we had on the Dealerrater forum regarding your concerns. I sincerely apologize that you had a negative experience working with Darryl Clark. We advertise all of our vehicles with agressive and competitive prices on the Internet. Because of this, there is very limited room to negotiate on the price as it is close to our internal cost after reconditioning on the vehicle. We have only one to three hundred dollars on average between our cost and the posted Internet price. Because of this,some of our valued guests feel that we are not working with them because they want to negotiate. I will definitely bring this to the attention of Darryl's supervisors, Wade Wahy and Jimmy Feliceano, to review Darryl's guest communication skills so that he may improve upon the way he explains our pricing strategy. Once again, thank you for bringing this to our attention as it is only through candid feedback like yours that you have provided that we may grow as an organization. As we have discussed, I would like to send you a check to cover your gas and inconvenience you incurred by driving to our dealership.
