I called the dealer because I live about an hour away and I did not want to waist a trip. Joey Cassata was my first contact, I told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for my monthly payment. With I did not want to waist a trip. I was looking for a small car because of the gas mileage but ended up with a Sonata Hybrid with the same gas mileage. We drove to St Augustine and he had the car ready to go. He first told me to take it for a drive because he didnt want his customers buying a car they havent driven first. I was VERY PLESANTLY SURPISED with what I was driving. We had one little problem with the down payment amount but Joey took care of it quickly. We were driving our new car home with in an Hour and a half. I have purchased 4 Sonatas previously but this purchase of the Sonata Hybrid was the best by far. Me and my wife are very pleased we choose Hyundia of St. Augustine for our new car!!!!! More

The best car buying experience I have ever had happen last night when I got a 2012 Hyundai Sonata from Joey Cassata at Hyundai of St. Augustine. We ran the numbers over the phone, I filled out the credit app on their website and within 10 minutes of that, Joey called me back and told me the deal that they could do and the payment that I would have. I then drove 35 minutes to the dealership last night and arrived at 7.05pm and I was done and driving the car off the lot at exactly 8pm....55 minutes later! The figures we agreed to on the phone were exactly what they were in person when I showed up. If they continue providing this type of excellent service, then I will be a lifelong customer of Hyundai of St. Augustine! More
