Kyle met us in the parking lot with a smile and introduced himself. We told him what we were looking for and gave him our budget. He was very knowledgeable about the cars, their features, safety features, and history (carfax). We got a car and a price we were very happy with and appreciate Kyle's patience with us through this process. He made sure we were well taken care of as we closed on the deal. He made sure our car was immaculate and had a full tank of gas before we left. And although his shift was supposed to en at 7pm, he stayed with us until everything was final at 7:45pm. I saw a used Mini Cooper on the lot very late in the evening when most car dealers were closed or closing. Mr. Kyle Showalter offered to stay and work late so that I could go ahead and take a test ride evening when most car dealers were closed or closing. I brought my sister with me and we took the Mini Cooper for a long test ride in both city driving and the interstate. In returning to the dealership I found Mr. Showalter friendly and helpful and very well informed. I was very happy with the quickness of the entire process and very pleased with the asking price and the amount of the trade-in I was given for my '06 Miata. I enjoyed working with Mr. Showalter and I would recommend anyone looking for a new or different car to go see him first. More
