Shawite, thank you for bringing this to my attention. I sincerely apologize that you had a negative experience working with Darryl Clark. We advertise all of our vehicles with agressive and competitive prices on the Internet. Because of this, there is very limited room to negotiate on the price as it is close to our internal cost after reconditioning on the vehicle. We have only one to three hundred dollars on average between our cost and the posted Internet price. Because of this,some of our valued guests feel that we are not working with them because they want to negotiate. I will definitely bring this to the attention of Darryl's supervisors, Wade Wahy and Jimmy Feliceano, to review Darryl's guest communication skills so that he may improve upon the way he explains our pricing strategy. Once again, thank you for bringing this to our attention as it is only through candid feedback like yours that you have provided that we may grow as an organization. I can appreciate your pricing strategies and so called tight profit margins. The difference in price between what we were willing to pay and what u had it listed was a difference of -$650 out the door. Darryl said he could not come down on the price at all so we walked only to find two days later that the car was reduced $500 from the price he told us he could not go any lower due to the dealership only making $2.54. If we would have been offered this price the day we were there i would have purchased the car. So the way I see it Darryl allowed a $20000 sale to walk out of the office over $500. Not good business in my book and not the type of person I want to give my hard earned money too. Now let's get to the reason you will never see my money on several occasions since we have contacted Darryl to see if he was willing to come off the car a couple hundred more to cover my inconvienence of having to drive back from Valdosta to st Augustine to come get it. He would give me excuse after excuse and even told my girlfriend to be quite and listen to him. I was always taught the customer is always right and should never be lied to or disrespected in the way Darryl did to us. Thanks shad baczkowski 904 860 0112
