Then my husband and I went back a few days later and met with Frank initially and went on a test drive. Then we met with Jimmy and closed the deal on a new 2011 Sonata. We had done our homework and we knew we had secured a good deal. We then met with Randy Selph to finish some paperwork. We planned on picking up the new car the next day. SINCE MY SISTER WAS HAVING SURGERY THE NEXT DAY, RANDY OFFERED TO DELIVER THE NEW CAR TO OUR HOME AND PICK UP OUR TRADE-IN. THIS WENT BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. RANDY ARRIVED WITH OUR NEW CAR AND GAVE US A DEMONSTRATION OF THE WORKINGS OF THE NEW SONATA. Hyundai can be proud of the employees working at Hyundai of St. Augustine dealtership. Rosie is a friend of my husbands, as they worked together at different dealers when my husband sold cars. I had heard my husband talk about him, but had not met him before. My husband Bud told me Rosie was the most professional person he knew in the car business; that he trusted him and that I would like him. He was right. It is the first time I ever bought a car without my husband present, and Rosie was wonderful. He spent a lot of time showing me the features of the car, explaining how everything worked and answering my questions. He introduced me to everyone at the dealership, including the managers and everyone in the service department. Everything happened exactly as Rosie said it would. It was the nicest car buying experience I ever had. It wasn't like buying a car. It was like meeting new friends and driving home in a new car. I felt no pressure at all to purchase a vehicle, I only came to test drive an SUV. After the test drive I was sold but couldn't afford the monthly payments. They offered a generous trade in value for my car without any haggeling. Next day I called to say I would purchase the car and it was ready when I got there. Deal was done and I was on my way back home in an hour. They even set up my phone. My recent visit was for the 7500 mile service. In no time my car was ready so I could leave in a clean car to finish my Christmas shopping. (my car needed a bath bad) More

They respected that; I never felt pushed or pressured.They answered all my questions and when I wanted another test drive, we took it. Deciding on the 2011 Sonata was not difficult. With its striking design, safety features, engineering technology and price, it was only a matter of color and model. After I chose the black limited, Joe had us come in so that he could go over all the features with us, especially the bluetooth. When I have had other questions, as well as, a couple of things that I needed done(cosmetic only),I have stopped by the dealership and Joe has taken care of them immediately. He is always so pleasant and accommodating. A car and its warranty is only as good as the dealership. We feel that we can count on them to continue providing good service--and with a smile! More
