My husband fell in love with the Sonata outside of a Publix one day, and was insistent on making it work for us! We had a large SUV to trade towards a lease on a new Sonata. They didn't pressure us to spend more than we could, there were no hard sales, none of the obnoxious going back and forth with the manager, getting to see if he "could" lower the price. It was definitely a pleasurable experience, and it's a wonderful car. The length of time it took was pretty average to get everything worked out(I've been through longer and I've been through shorter), but we drove our new Sonata home the same day. I highly recommend these guys!!! More

Not these guys, in my mind they were not car salesman they were gentelman and very polite and made me feel at home and comfortable. No high pressure sales tactics. We had some good time personal conversations and had a lot of fun with our salesman Demetrius. When we were sitting at our salesman's desk my wife said to him that she thought it was a little warm and stuffy and the salesman said I will take care of that and it was not long until you could feel the air and it got very comfortable in no time at all. The whole facility was very clean and comfortable. Every body there was very friendly. So to sum it up it was a very plesant and enjoyable new car purchase experience. We visited Hyundai of St. Augustine because our research convinced us the Genesis was the car we wanted. He was very good at explaining the technology package to two senior citizens who needed a little extra help. He came to our home the day of the purchase to install the code on our garage door so that our new car was not left outside for even one night. He has followed through with assistance after the purchase, even though he might be missing a sale. He is a great salesman and a true gentleman. We are very impressed with the dealership and believe Hyundai of St. Augustine will prove to be a dealership that we will want to recommend to friends.
