I was looking for a car with my daughter, went into several dealerships in the area, and were met with the high pressured, fake smiling, jerks, exactly who we expected to meet. But, when we went into the St. Augustine dealership, our salesman Demetrius Davis, was totally different. He was friendly and ready to listen to us. He gave us several options and let us make our own decisions, and not try to pressure us. I am not saying that Hyundai was our first choice when we were thinking of getting a car, but Demetrius made our experience so good, we knew it was the best choice. If you are going to buy a new (or used) car, do not waste your time, just go see this man. More

He was knowledgeable about the product line and answered all questions regarding the Santa Fe. There was absolutely no pressure or the typical dealer sales schemes during the sales process. Where do I start? My check engine light was on in my car. Although it was not a Hundai, Debbie welcomed me in to check it out. The problem was my car is getting old and there was three things wrong with it(none of which the other dealer said was wrong with it). Joe worked on my car himself something you don't see from a typical Service Manager. Joe put a lot of time into my car trying to find the problem. Debbie kept me in the loop, letting me know what was going on at all times. My experience was the BEST I ever had.
