We have had bad experiences in the past when purchasing a car. We had went to the Hyundai dealer in Orange Park and left very unsatisfied so we looked online and decided to email the dealer in St Augustine. car. They replied right away with an awesome quote on a car we wanted to look at. We made the trip and I am so glad we did. From the test drive to the negotiations to the paperwork Roosevelt was amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had and than some. He gave us a tour of the facility and also of the car itself. He made sure we fully understood what we were purchasing including the knitty gritty of the warranty. Every person we came in contact was a delight to work with. I will be purchasing from them again! More

My wife and I have had a very pleasant buying experience at Hyundai of Staugustine. We arrived about twenty minutes prior to opening dealership time. As we were looking at a car we liked, a gentleman came at Hyundai of Staugustine. We arrived about twenty minutes prior to opening dealership time. As we were looking at a car we liked, a gentleman came out and introduced himself as the owner, his name was Andrew. He apologized for not being able to help us because he was conducting other office business at the time. The fact that he would take the time to come out and greet us told us that we we had come to the right place. A short time later jimmey the Sales Manager came out to inform us that he was going to get the keys for the car we were interested in. About three minutes later Roosevelt Ramsubhag came out and said ,as the sales person he would be happy to assist us. We then took the car for a test drve. We returned some time after and decided to purchase the car. The car we bought was a 2008 Azera Limited. In our dealings with Roosevelt, he was very personable and very knowledgeable about our car. He took the time to explain every thing about the operational aspect of the car. The car we purchased had many options. The closing experience was just as pleasant with Roosevelt. Jimmey the Sales Manager came over and thanked us for our business. We also met with jason the business manager and Kirk the Service Consultant who were both pleasant people. When the time comes again to purchase another car, the dealership we will choose will be Hyundai of Staugustine and we will recommend this dealership to our friends. We had already had a positive experience with a Hyundai dealer in Jacksonville in 2007. We have been shopping for a new Hyundai for my second child and that same dealer in Jax just didn't rise to the same dealer in Jacksonville in 2007. At the last minute we decided to go to St. Augustine. We ended up working with Joe all afternoon trying to find the right car, down to the last details of color and performance package. Not only did Joe give us 100% of his time, but he also had Jimmy (the Sales Manager) work out the paperwork so that we could surprise our daughter today! She got exactly what she wanted within 24 hours. When I fell in love with the 2010 Genesis, I just knew I could not afford the car, much less absorb the balance due on my current car. But Joe, Jimmy and the entire team at Hyundai of St. Augustine were able to make my dream come true! For the first time in many years, I have a beautiful performance vehicle that is for me and my style, not to haul the kids around town. I am so excited to have such a drop dead gorgeous car that is sexy to boot! And, the difference in insurance and monthly payments is insignificant. I got so much more within the same budget, it is almost too good to be true. We are now a three Hyundai family, 2007 Elantra, 2010 Accent and the 2010 Genesis. I will refer anyone to Joe and the team at Hyundai of St. Augustine, who offer by far, the best customer service, the best price and the best attitude! Now, when my husband can get rid of his work truck, we'll go back again. Fans for life! More
I had purchased a 2010 Sonata at Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala on Halloween 2009(Oct 31st).My experience there wasn't so good.It wasn't pleasant especially with the office manager.He wasn't very friendly.Well,I k on Halloween 2009(Oct 31st).My experience there wasn't so good.It wasn't pleasant especially with the office manager.He wasn't very friendly.Well,I kept the 2010 Sonata until Feb 16th, 2010 when I traded it for a 2011 model.I really wasn't very happy with the 2010's suspension and a couple other dislikes.I saw that a completely redesigned 2011 Sonata was coming out sooner then I had first thought.It came out about Feb 2nd,2010.I wanted to look into trading my 2010 car for this hot new Sonata.I couldn't find the 2011 Sonata"GLS" in Venetian Red anywhere in the Central Florida area.I called Hyundai of St.Augustine thinking I'd try up north a bit from my place in New Smyrna Beach.I called and asked for the internet sales specialist.I got Joey Cassata.This salesman is the best I've ever dealt with hands down.He was refreshing to speak with on the phone and up close in person.This young fellow is going places,its written in his ability to make buying a car a great experience.Joey Cassata explained everything I needed to know about this awesome car.I left feeling really happy.I would send my family and friends to Joey in the future.The rest of the staff at Hyundai of St.Augustine also are just wonderful people.The office manager Jason whom explained all the paperwork I needed to sign.He was low key and has a southern gentleman demeanor about himself,just a feeling of trust is impression I got from him.He didn't force or try and talk me into anything I didn't want.He was much better to deal with then the office manager at Jenkins Hyundai in Ocala.Joey keep being # 1. I never thought I would enjoy buying a car, especially after some horrific experiences at other dealers. However, Joe Lando and the entire staff at Hyundai of St. Augustine were all amazing, making the process as painless as possible. They were polite, honest, and just nice to talk to. We didn't feel pressured at any time. It's rare to find such good customer service these days. I don't recall the manager's name (sorry!) but he made sure to come over and talk with us as well. I had a smile on my face the entire time, as did my fiance. We got a nice car at a great price, with no hidden fees or any deceptive practices. I love people who are up front. After spending days driving around from dealer to dealer, in the future I'll go straight to them, and less that two hours after driving away with a new car I've already recommended Joe and Hyundai of St. Augustine to three of my friends. It's nice to know a dealership like that exists. More
I chose Hyundai of St. Augustine and Key Hyundai of Jacksonville to be the only two dealerships to consider. The experience was very good, and the price was competitive, but my final deciding factor Jacksonville to be the only two dealerships to consider. The Jackonnville dealer is convenient to my business and my home. The Sante Fe was the same color with the same equipment, and there was no significant difference in the price quoted. More
I was looking on-line to get information on a 2010 Hyundai Sonata. I saw that Hyundai of St. Augustine was the closest dealership in my area, so I inquired about the price and availablity of a 2010 H Hyundai Sonata. Joey Cassata responded back via e-mail within twenty minutes. He then went on to provide me with very detailed information about the vehicles they had in stock at the dealership, along with prices, rebates, and other factors that might affect my decision. I met Joey a few days later and within an hour, I had purchased my new 2010 Sonata. He laid out all the details, and, best of all, he didn't put any pressure on me, only answered my myriad of questions. Joey was extremely knowledgable about the product and the service plans. He made it easy for me to feel that I was being treated fairly and professionally. I love my new Sonata and am looking forward to a long and pleasant relationship with Hyundai of St. Augustine. More
