I have never been so offended by any service provider I have ever dealt with in my life. I have asked to speak with Andrew Defeo the GM and was told he did not want to talk with me or my wife about our con have ever dealt with in my life. I have asked to speak with Andrew Defeo the GM and was told he did not want to talk with me or my wife about our concerns about the sevice problems. To this date I have yet to speak with him. I conclude that customer service is NOT a priority to this dealership and customer satisfaction means little to nothing to them. This is a direct reflection on Andrew Defeo and his inability to discuss with a customer any problems within his organization and to improve quality based on those results. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone in the future because any organization which does not constantly and consistently strive to improve their processes is doomed to constantly and consistently fall short of consumer expectations. Not only did they allow me to use their personal painter for a retouch, they actually gave me an Elantra to drive while my VeraCruz was being worked on.
