We came in to have our vehicle repaired under the warranty. Everyone was pleasant and cooperative during the whole process. Everything was fixed promptly with very little wait time. Reason for visit was a recall (Stop Light Warning Lamp). Recall check was completed in quick order. Car wash, vacuum and delivery to customer took over thirty-five minutes after receiving my completed wor Recall check was completed in quick order. Car wash, vacuum and delivery to customer took over thirty-five minutes after receiving my completed work order and clearing the cashier. Resembled the operation of a good dealer but not a Great one. Post Service visit, Customer is experiencing brake-lights/parking lights remaining ON after engine/ignition turn-off. Requires additional pumping of brake pedal to extinguish brake lights. Will return to dealer if problem does not resolve itself. More
