We’d like to provide a bit of clarity. An alignment was performed on your vehicle approximately 15,000 miles ago, and at that visit our team recommended tire replacement due to existing wear. That recommendation was declined at the time. Tire wear over that amount of mileage can occur naturally and isn’t typically related to a service performed that long ago. That said, our intention is never for a customer to feel unheard or dissatisfied. We value respectful conversation and would welcome the opportunity to review everything together and talk through next steps.
