It's my understanding that you came to us because there was already damage on the skid plate under your vehicle. We worked to try and repair this damage but it appeared to be extensive and the fix didn't hold. I understand you already went to get it completely replaced elsewhere but I am happy to discuss if there's anything else we can do to help. Dustin, This is Marco Buscaglia, Executive Manager here at INFINITI Roseville. After speaking with Robert Rogers, it is my understanding that this occurrence was about 6 months ago. It appears your insurance company totaled your vehicle and had it towed on their behalf to Co-part. It is also my understanding that we did not personally deal with the tow or your key. I would recommend calling the insurance company and discussing the issues you encountered. If I can be of any assistance I can be reached here at the dearlship 916-782-8600.

Sorry Marco, your understanding is totally incorrect! It’s sad that this BS has been going on for over 6 months! I had forwarded an email from both my insurance and Co-Part to John and Robert. Too bad neither of these two bothered to call me back after I sent them my last email showing proof that your dealership incorrectly gave a Nissan key fob to the Co-Part tow truck. John Phillips incorrectly gave Co-Part permission to tow our SUV, when I clearly stated to John that we were keeping our SUV and that we wanted to pick it up from your dealership! SO YES, INFINITY OF ROSEVILLE DID DEAL WITH THE KEY AND THE TOW! Pathetic!
