I loved the car but 2 months later, I wanted to go back to a larger SUV. I called Barry and he and the team went above the call of duty to put me in the QX60 with the payments close to my QX50 payments. Barry was so attentive to my needs, he was honest and patient with me and I just really appreciate him so much . Dana had a relaxing spirit, she fun to be around and I feel she offered me the very best protection for my vehicle . Because of them I will be an Infinti customer for a very long time!!!! He actually got me a more well equipped car than I initially was shopping for at the same price as another dealership wanted for a lot less equipped car. He was honest and fair. Made a new friend!! HOWEVER, everyone was kind and considerate and tried to make the best of the situation. All in all if a wait to purchase a car is the worst thing I have to endure this year, I'll be fine. Deal was more than fair, and Karen continues to patiently answer all the questions I phone and text her with even though I really should have just listened properly when she explained it the first time. I love my sporty lil car and can't wait to haul plants from Hannah's and Petals from the Past. More
